Delivery & Despatch
We aim to despatch orders for in-stock products on the same working day when placed before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends or during a scheduled despatch break will normally be processed on the next available working day. Any temporary changes to our despatch schedule will be shown on product pages and in your basket.
Estimated delivery dates are provided throughout our website. These estimates are calculated from the expected despatch date and selected delivery service.

For UK baskets of £40 or more after discounts, Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is free.
We despatch Monday to Friday. Royal Mail delivery estimates generally include Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and applicable public holidays.
Eurozone
Express International Delivery costs €12.99, or is free on orders of €100 or more after discounts.
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after despatch.
Europe Standard
For destinations in our Europe Standard delivery zone, Standard International Delivery costs £8.99.
Estimated delivery: 3–17 business days after despatch.
United States
Express International Delivery costs US$19.99, or is free on orders of US$120 or more after discounts.
Estimated delivery: 2–11 business days after despatch.
Canada
Express International Delivery costs C$19.99, or is free on orders of C$165 or more after discounts.

International Tracked & Signed delivery has a base rate of £10.99. Where supported, prices are converted into your local currency.

Import duties, taxes and customs arrangements vary by destination. Where applicable charges are included or collected at checkout, these will be reflected in your order. Otherwise, additional charges may be collected by local customs authorities or delivery providers.

Delivery Estimates
All delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. They begin from despatch, not the date the order is placed. Customs processing, public holidays, carrier disruption and remote destinations can affect delivery times.
During scheduled breaks, the revised despatch date will be displayed on our website, with delivery estimates adjusted accordingly.

We offer a 90-day no-quibble returns policy. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us so we can help.
Eligible items can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit, subject to our returns terms.
Products may be removed from their packaging, but non-faulty returned items must not show obvious signs of use.
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
